I have a Peacock Premium account from my Xfinity subscription, but when I sign in from my Xumo TV, my account says I’m on Peacock Free. How can I fix it?

Launch and sign into Peacock on your Xumo TV and on your cable box.  Once signed into both apps, use your mobile device or computer and sign into https://peacocktv.com.  Go to the Account page and select “Xfinity” under the “Link Provider” option.  Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Peacock account with your Xfinity account. Once completed, your account will be reverted back to Peacock Premium.

 

Note: Do not use your Xumo TV credentials to link your accounts.
